This is a crazy week. We'll see what happens with this meal plan. I'd also like to make 1 more "practice cake" before Hannah's party. I've made 2 so far. I think 1 more will be all I need to really understand fondant. Hope you have a yummy week! ;)

You're making practice cakes?! man oh man, you are one dedicated momma! Just don't tell Charis, okay? I dont want her thinking that I'M going to be making her TWO birthday cakes prior to her actual party. :)
Well, normally I wouldn't but it IS her 1st b-day and I chose a rather elaborate cake this time around so... I need practice. Hannah is not enjoying any of my practice, we make sure to have company to share our cake. We really aren't big cake eaters. I just love birthdays though and I enjoy making cool cakes for the kids. I'll be sure to post pictures of her finished birthday cake. :)
Hi! Found you through Christin's blog. We are in similar walks of life - I have 3 little ones, though I have hit the big 30! My oldest will be 5 in Oct. So, right now I have 4,3, and 7 months.
I am impressed that you are doing fondount on a cake at all. (I don't think I can even spell it much less use it) WOW!

Thanks for stopping by my blog! I love visitors. :)
I don't normally go so crazy with b-day cakes, well, not with fondant anyway. This one just would not be the same if everything wasn't smooth. Birthday's are just fun around here! I can only imagine how many different shaped cake pans I'll have by the time the kids are grown!
