I was talking to Joseph today. He was remembering things we did around the holidays last year and the year before. I was amazed that he remembered, and with so much detail. I said You have quite the memory Joseph! "Yeah, I know I use my brain. You guys don't use yours"
Well yes son, I do use my brain. Currently it's thinking Just laugh at rotten little boy, his day will come.

Ethan said today as we are driving home from daycare. "People can't walk in the street because they'd get hit by cars." We've been working on "looking" before crossing the street, so I thought he was just thinking about that. We talked some more about look, look, look to see if anything is coming, etc.. .and he said again.. "No Mommy, you can't walk in the street, or you'll get hit by a car, and your legs will get squooshed, then you can't walk anymore." OH. OK. (Apparently Terri at Daycare has also been working with the kids on "safety in the streets!" LOL. )
I am just cracking up!
