Picture perfect

Hospital Day in the Park

Team work... this ball was heavy! Joseph needed Aunt Jen and cousin Ethan to lift it with him.

Nehemiah didn't want to go in but he really wanted to bounce... so he bounced on the steps! Notice Joseph? He needs a belt!

Texas update - not too exciting

Maybe some of you have noticed that the background on my pictures all look the same. No packed boxes, no moving truck, no new house to show off. Maybe you don't look at the background, which if you haven't please don't it's a mess! :) "So what's going on with Texas?" Well, Texas is still there and we are still here. We want to be moving that is still on our list of "things to do" it's just not happening. Roger has been looking for a job and things just aren't coming together. His allergies are really kicking his butt right now so we are praying that we can move... now would be good. So for now we will continue to look for jobs and housing and continue to pray that God will pull it all together.

Hannah's Explosion!!

WARNING: THIS IS NOT FOR THOSE WITH A WEAK STOMACH!

Hannah is, let's say, a messy girl. She is known for leaking through her diapers 3+ times a day. We have a rewards chart for the kids and Hannah has a spot on the chart for wearing the same outfit all day. She doesn't often get a sticker. That said, the following pictures were taken after we arrived at a store. Joseph and Nehemiah were out of the car and we were all ready to go when Roger realized something wasn't quite right with Hannah. Yeah. Take a look.

We had to take her car seat out, luckily our van has built in car seats. So Nehemiah sat in a built in (not willingly - he is very much a creature of habit) and we turned his seat around for Hannah. Thats our messy little girl! :)

New PJ's

The boys were in need of some new pajamas. I couldn't resist buying one matching pair. :)

The boys have been doing such a good job of playing together lately. Nehemiah is finally getting into playing with Joseph instead of along side of him. He'll take his hand and lead him where he wants to go or just start spinning in circles (his way of letting Joseph know that he wants to play ring around the rosie) Joseph is a great big brother and loves to take care of his brother and sister. Such good boys we have!

Hannah

Can you believe she is 8 months old already?! Our little girl is growing up so fast!

Fish Fun

We went to a greenhouse to get some flowers for the yard and this place was really cool. They had HUGE fish for decorative ponds n' stuff. They had food there so the kids could feed them. They had so much fun doing that! We went back a few days later with Roger so they could show Daddy all of the neat fish. The pictures are of the 2nd trip. Nehemiah did so good the first time - I must admit trip #2 he really wanted to taste the fish food himself. To my knowledge he didn't get any... but he is kinda sneaky. Joseph though we should get a fish. He seems to think sharing a bathtub with one of them would be ok... I think he would change his mind though come time to hop in the tub. :)

Washing the Car

Notice the distance between Hannah and the hose. That was intentional.

He is why

see :)

Corn on the Cob

The boys decided that corn is good after all. Nehemiah just decided to try it - he is much more a fan of vegetables than Joseph - and wound up eating 3 mini cobs of corn! Joseph ate 1 after a little persuasion to try it. He did eat it again a few days later when we had corn again.

Even with Nehemiah's bed head they look cute.

Silly Nehemiah! I was getting lunch ready when Joseph yelled for me that Nehemiah was being naughty. I came into the living room and found Nehemiah stuck in Hannah's walker. He had been trying to climb in for a couple of days... and finally made it. He thought he was pretty funny until he tried to get out :)

Makin a Splash

It was such a nice day, but not nice enough for me to fill the pool. So this was the next best thing. They were all soaked by the time they were done. Hannnah was really into it too. All 3 of them played with the water for at least 45 minutes! I love nice weather. :)

Baseball

Potty

Nehemiah used the potty!!!! We are SO excited!!! Ok, so it's not consistant yet but Nehemiah has used the potty a few times now. He wasn't ever interested in the potty before, but I just bought the Baby Bjorn - hoping to spark some interest and WOOHOO!!!!!! We just have to make sure to clean it very well when he's done because he will also use his new potty as a hat... that's our Nehemiah.

Hannah's new tricks

Hannah waves "hi/bye" now! It sounds like she says "hi" too, but we aren't sure if she really is. She claps her hands too but is camera shy about it. I can get her clapping away and as soon as I take out the camera she stops. Stinker. Oh, she can crawl - backwards too. :) She's getting so big!

Joseph's been very bored lately. So we've been trying to come up with some fun things to do. These are some of our boredom busters.

silly boys

Sorry, you have to tilt your head. I don't know how to turn the video around. :)

Hannah's new chair

I yard saled Hannah's high chair on Saturday, so I had to buy her a new one. I was wanting a nice booster style seat. I found an Eddie Bauer model blah blah blah. :) She looks so cute and it feels so much more like a family dinner with everyone right up at the table.
